This probably refers to May 1945. Zephyr, along with her sister ships Zealous, Zest and Zodiac and the cruisers Birmingham and Dido were sent to Copenhagen, Denmark, to accept the surrender of German forces at that place. They arrived on 9th May where they remained until 13th May.
German units at Copenhagen included the cruisers Prinz Eugen and Nurnberg and I presume several U-boats..... doubtless a bit of 'liberating' certain items from the surrendered vessels took place
