Identity of two destroyers and a submarine

Does anybody know the identity of the two destroyers and one submarine that were attacked on 7 November 1939?

An initial attack on the submarine with bombs occurred at around 10:30 am by an He 115 and the German crew believed they had damaged the boat. It appears the two destroyers escaped but were later found and engaged with aerial torpedoes by He 59s.

Any ideas on which vesseles these were?
