<HTML>Hi Phil,
I have the book as well. As you correctly state, it is a compendium of various documents originated from several RN Departments, some of which were based on faulty intelligence, but this was, obviously, not known to the British at the time. Since there was no need to update the documents following the end of the war, they were left "as is, as of 11/11/18".
You should, therefore, take it with a grain of salt as far as accuracy of drawing & data is concerned, the best available intelligence wss not always accurate and there was no input after the Armistice, draw your own conclusions.
Regards, Brian</HTML>
