<HTML>Dear Simon
There are some difficulties in the translation or transliteration from Cyrilic (Russian) into Latin, especially this concerns geographical names.
Yenisei (Enisei) - Russian river flows northward into the Arctic Ocean
(The Columbia Encyclopedia, Sixth Edition. 2001.)
The name 'Yenisey' they use in Encyclopedia Britannica, 2003.
Pechora - river rising in the North Urals, North European Russia.
(The Columbia Encyclopedia, Sixth Edition. 2001.)
Zemlya = Land. As in 'Novaya Zemlya' (New Land), archipelago in the Arctic Ocean between the Barents and Kara Seas
The German spelling of these names may differ from the the English one
