If so, that's a pity. For most of the submariners of any nation, von Arnauld is the most known and his name sounds like a model among the commanders and crews as well, even on the adverse side, believe me. Unfortunately, a 2nd WW came up and rubbed out the first one. This is how some fascinating stories can disappear unless historians keep them afloat and that's what we are trying to do.
