Thank you both for the information.
The three ships were the Hunsdon, Industry and an escorting armed trawler Persian Empire and were bound for Belfast from Dublin. The first to be torpedoed was the Hunsdon at 9.30 pm (local time) and then forty minutes later the Industry was torpedoed. Both sank. The wreck of the Hunsdon has been located in position 54.19.13N 05.27.30W.

For some reason, the Industry does not appear in the usual references as being lost - although this is not unique, another naval auxiliary 'Vitol' was torpedoed in the Irish Sea 7 March 1918 and is also missing.
