Re: u-boat in Waterfod Harbour

The boat would be UC 44. She blew up on one of her own newly-laid mines on August 5, 1917. The only syrvivor was her commanding officer, Kplt. Kurt Tebbenjohanns. The Royal Navy raised the boat two months later.
