You understand my interest in this case.
British sources claim an atrocity followed the capture of this vessel. There is nothing in the history of UC63 or this commanding officer to suggest inhumane treatment of prisoners occured previous to this incident. Indeed from what I can gather, an atrocity seems out of character. However there is no doubt that the crew of ETHEL & MILLIE all died.
I would be grateful for any light you could shine on this murky matter
