Hi Magnus,

the "Ready", better known as "Probus" or "Q 30" was playing a "straggler" of a convoy of 13 sailing vessels and an armed trawler. In the afternoon of June 21st 1917 abt. 20 miles SW of Start Point she was gunned by S.M. UC 47 (Hundius). After closing the range she opened fire and thought to have scored several hits on the German but it wasn't so. S.M. UC 47 managed to escape whithout any damage and the convoy made port whithout casualties.

Hope this helps

Simon S.
