Recovery of UB-4 Secrets by WWI Diver

I have only just discovered this old article which may interest users of this forum. It describes how Warrant Shipwright E C Miller, a Royal Navy diver, recovered secret material from U-boats during WWI. Unfortunately, I cannot find the second part.
