Hello MPC,

correct writing of the name is

Degenhart Freiherr von Loe

Family name is only LOE. It is not a double name. Write the "E" with 2 points
over it.
Callname is Degenhart.
Military Rank is Kapitaenleutnant.
type in google "das kaiserlich deutsche marineoffizierkorps"
