I have PROTECT as an probable with at least 3 question-marks ???

for UC 16's barrier from 26.02.1917 off Folkestone

but don't know where buoy 6D was, also PROTECT had the mine in her nets, so she could have been disposed from an other location and that will made this incident an difficult one.
