thanks for the answer Michael, a lot to think about there. I imagine you did well to condense this info into this space. Seem to be coming increasingly to the opinion that U boat sinkings are very hard to verify. without documented contemporary evidence and wreck diving. Ill let you know if I come to any conclusions.
