To expand on what Daniel posted, there would seem to be two possibilities, one more likely than the other:

TAQUARY, built 1912, 1943 grt, built by Mackie & Thomson, Ltd., Glasgow for Cia. Commercio e Navegação, Rio de Janeiro.

Much less likely would be a steamer built in 1896 of 2788 grt as TAQUARY by Sir Raylton Dixon & Co., Middlesbrough for Hamburg-Südamerik. Dampfs. Ges., Hamburg. In 1904, this vessel was renmaed CAMARONES, with the owner listed as Hamburg-Südamerik. Dampfs. Ges., Buenos Aires , Argentina.

Neither vessel was sunk in WWI. The big issue I see is that neither is apparently listed in the damaged section of Lloyd's War Losses. (I say apparently because the index isn't that good.) So don't even know where to begin to look...
