I have no idea what a "G-torpedo" is...?

Also, I have never heard the term "bronze head torpedo" before (bronze was used in german torpedo warheads well into WW2). I assume it should be "bronze torpedo", which is a term usually reffering to the majority of torpedoes manufactured up to about mid-1890's, with the hull being made from "Phosphorbronze". Various bronze-alloys, like "Aluminiumbronze" and "Gußbronze" were in fact used also later in german torpedoes up to the 50 cm G7v introduced in 1926.

Regarding the question:

Lusitania was attacked and sunk by U-20 on 7th May 1915. U-20 had 50 cm torpedotubes.

The Kaiserliche Marine (1871–1919) deployed the following 50 cm torpedoes in WWI:
* G/6 (fielded in 1911)
* G/6D (fielded in 1912)
* G/7 (fielded in 1913, only for use by surfacevessels)
* G/7** (fielded in 1917, only for use by surfacevessels)
* G/6 AV (fielded in 1914)
* G/6 AV* (fielded in 1917)
* G/6 AV** (fielded in 1918)

So G/6, G/6 D or G/6 AV are the only possible candidates as I see it.
