kriegsmarine uniform

<HTML>I have a few questions for the kriegsmarine experts. When wearing the summer Blue/white middy top with the Donald Duck cap and the Blue pants, How did the kriegsmarine wear his pants. Did he fold the up about 3 inches above the heal of his show or did he wear them all the way down even with his shoe heal? This would be for like walking out around the town type activity.
When he folded them up, was in outside folds or inside folds? I would also like to know who has the best web site for nice good pics of uniform shots of Enlisted men.I would prefer to see actual , or recreation shots, instead of drawings.
