OS Convoys

Can anybody here tell me what speed a "slow convoy" would do and wht whas considered a "fast convoy"?

For instance: the OS convoys from the UK to Freetown, Sierra Leone: were they slow or fast convoys or did it differ? I'm particularly interested in the speed of a slow convoy on this route.
