U-boats near SAIGON

<HTML>Are there any references to show that German - Italian or Japanese U-boats made visits or cargo-fuel stops into or near the port of SAIGON in occupied Indo-China during the years 1940-1945? With the proximity to the Monson bases, it would be interesting to know if there were any such visits along that section of South-East Asia.
