duties of crew members

<HTML>Does someone of you know a webpage where I can find a description of the duties each crew member had? It would be sufficient if it would contain information about the higher ranks, like the LI (leading engineer) and 1 and 2 WO.
Need it for a more detailed charachter description for the crew in the movie "Das Boot". The aim is a website about this great movie, which is a little more "realistic" and closer to the real warfare.
