<HTML>Interesting discussion, Military blunders resulting in numerouse casualties being classified as 'secret' is in my humble opinion primarily a case of the miliary brass 'covering their ass'. Then, after the shock wears off the paper work gets lost in the system and the politicians of the time are not interested in opening old wounds.
Which reminds me; Do you know why diapers and politicians are similar?
They both need changing for the same reason.
