I fully agree he tells a story of great detail, generally accurate. You may wish to keep a copy of the extensive bibliography in Blair's books, he lists many good books worthy of pursuit.
Ask your library if they do 'interlibrary loans'. Mine will find and borrow obscure books from any US library that will volunteer it. It's hard to find Uboat capt's books written in the 50s, but an ILL works great!
