( For all U-boat men on their last journey )

" Fuer alle U-boot Leute auf Ihrem letzten Einsatz"
( For all U-boat people on their last mission)

" Fuer alle U-boot Seeleute auf Ihrem letzten Einsatz"
( For all U-boat seamen on their last mission)

I would recommend the first option
