I nothing changed in this paper. I only have reduced the source text slightly without change of main sense. I considered not ethic to change in the initial authoring text any stating or digit. I am not familiar with And Rosental personally .
If you are sure, that the data which have reduced at the end of the message in my comment are not valid, I am ready to discuss with you this theme.
I am glad to that attention which you give to my modest messages personally . I highly appreciate your point of view and ready to operate according to your useful advices.
