I've just read Andy Andrews book "The Heart Mender". He gives the following reference as a source of the names of the crew.

That address is a deadend. I have tried to find the list other ways and everything leads to a deadend. Any idea why this is so difficult to find and where I might go to obtain the list. Thanks.
