topic. The \'Type IXC \' class boats were designed specifically for
oceanic warfare role. Its raw water was used for other habitability
conditions on the U-boat for long-endurance operations like the toilet
as you said, for a crew of 48-50 men and other important things like
the cooling systems needed when the engines were running.
