Certainly has !
U34 (Rollmann) torpedoed HM S/M Spearfish (one survivor - Billy Pester)in August 1940. Spearfish was conned down on the surface at the time, U34 was at periscope depth.

HMS/M Venturer (Launders)torpedoed U771 on 11th Nov 1944 off Norway. Both submarines were at periscope depth at the time of the attack. Quite a feat.
