The German law says that you can only publish lists with names of people 50 years after their dead. When you don\'t know the date of their dead then it will be presumed at 80 years.
So 80+50=130. That means that they can be published at about 2055 presuming that the last u-boatman was born in 1925.
I am not sure that this is really the German law, but it is given to you as objection when you want to have such a list.
