If you check the site uboatarchive.net, you can review the crew lists of all uboats that were sunk where prisoners were taken on board U.S. ships. The lists show survivors, casulties, ranks and ages at time of capture. These records are taken from the National Archive in Maryland which also include photos and a lot of other data. Unfortunately U100 is not among those records.
