Has anyone ever found the HMS Hood?

<HTML>Greetings to all,
With all of the mentions of grave robbing and massive losses of life, I was just wondering if anyone knew if someone has ever found the exact position of the HMS Hood and what she looks like today on the bottom. Only three men survived when the Hood went down, I dear think that the Hood is a grave. </HTML>
