Some things that bug me about this ring: Why an Imperial Navy battle flag? The owner would have been from a crew in the 20\'s would he not? Has anyone ever seen a ring like this before? could it been a private design, as opposed to a sort of \"class ring\"? Could it have been a memento, handed down by a father or grandfather who served in the Imperial Navy? Could it have been just a pretty ring, picked up in a pawn shop some where? So many questions, and the answer lies beside a road near Gdansk.....</HTML>
