No, that is wrong. The G7e/T3d ("Dackel") torpedo were also used on the Marder midget sub-marine (aka "human torpedo"). A "human torpedo" isn't litterally a torpedo, but it carries one: Ie if such a "human torpedo" were in action againts "Albatross", it would have been launching a torpedo - presumeably a "Dackel".
