On the eve of the signing of contract s Mammoyet on 17 May press- secretary Smith Tak Lars Volder it complained to correspondent to?Gazety.Ru?, that in company was torn away the advantageous transaction to the lift of <em>Kursk</em>. Furthermore, Volder said that its company actually wants to take part in the lift works.

He said only that its company it will be compulsory to participate in the forthcoming operation in the Barents sea. we cannot now promulgate the essence of negotiations with the representatives of company It mammoyet, because this is confidential information? did say Mr. Volder? I can only say that the conditions are very advantageous, and us they actually arrange?.
<br> In vice- premier Ilya Klebanov\'s secretariat to correspondent to Gazety.Ru also they did refuse to comment on the resolution of company It mammoyet to draw to the lift of <em>Kursk</em>? Smith Tak, but they stated: of?Esli they consider that so will be better, their this matter. In this situation even the smaller sum of contract (according to our data, this approximately $50-55 million) can bring Smith Tak the large money: each company will obtain $25 million. Meanwhile when the discussion dealt with the participation in the operation of international consortium, each of its participants relied on $23 million.
<br> It is possible also to assume that the company was before ready to go towards the Russian government and to conduct lift works in this year. However, being a participant in the international consortium, it could not act independently (company Of yueyerena and Yualliburton unambiguously they were voiced against performing of work in this year). this undoubtedly it could not but pass past the attention of representatives It mammoyet, and they proposed company collaboration.
<br> And finally one additional important aspect, which could force Smith Tak to take part in the operation? financial guarantees from the side It mammoyet. Even in such a case, when operation will be collapsed, and Russia will not pay off money, Smith then nevertheless his part will obtain? from It mammoyet, with which it has now separate contract.
<br> Another question? why precisely Mammoyet, that produces lift technology for the ground-based works, it undertook operation. Possibly, company from the very beginning did not intend to raise boat singly. For this in it as asserted the experts, there is neither the necessary technical base nor qualified specialists. Apparently, everything is explained by the fact that this company has a work experience on the Russian market (it was constructed the roof of stadium in Luzhnikakh), and it it was more easily find common language with the representatives of Russian government.
