Hi

Can someone tell me the name of this RK Winner?
I know it's from 1941 as it's from a Larger Picture showing Claus Korth with his RK which was'nt awarded until May 41 and Engelbert Endress who died Dec 41.
Erich Topp also features in the same picture.
