Good evening all,
Are there any recorded reactions by uboat commanders/crewmen to the allies admission in the 1970's that they had broken the Engigma codes in ww11.
It must have come as a bombshell to the uboat men to discover that the allies knew their every move. Finding this out so long after the end of the war must have been particularly shocking.
Are there any contemporaneous newspaper articles, comments etc available online ?
