You didn't specify what format you want, but the DVD of "Das Boot The Original Uncut Version" has been out for some time now, and should be available from any number of DVD vendors.
The one I got is anamorphic widescreen (1.85:1) with 2 German language options and 2 English options (Dolby 5:1 or stereo) and English or French subtitles.
It comes on 2 discs, and has a somewhat disappointing extra on the making of Das Boot. I am unaware if there are any different versions.
In my opinion, this DVD is a must have.
