Hi there,
Sorry for the delay in responding - new member.
U-1009 was evidently the first U-boat to surrender in Loch Eriboll, on 10 May 1945.
Other data as in earlier forum responses.
I have a photograph of U-1009 under arrest in Loch Eriboll, displaying the black surrender flag. The photo also shows the frigate HMS BYRON (K 508).
You also mention U-1109. I also have a (not very good, admittedly) photograph purporting to show U-1109 and U-1305 entering Loch Eriboll line astern to surrender.
