Hi Lovena, We are currently working on a project on the history of Bishton village and Llanmartin. I was very interested in learning that you had the diary of your grandfather for the period he was at Llanmartin POW camp. I was wondering whether you might let us have some excerpts from the diary to feature in our exhibition which we plan to hold in Bishton church.
Some of the villagers still remember the prisoners of war and especially those that came to the village to work or to socialise.
