I think I have an original -paint 8.8cm uBoat projectile

Hi,

I have aquired an 8.8cm HE projectile that I believe is an original uBoat projectile and not a re-paint.

Would anyone have a color or B&W photo of a uboat round that I could use to compare what I have?

Also... I have a friend named Peter Bartel who was on a Schnorkal boat He was one of 2 Engine room crew) that taht they scuttled off the coast of Norway when the war was over. He remember the boat being U-581 but can not match that number to a late model uboat.. can anyone help?
