concerning the headquarter in Paris I gave you the way to view the headquarter of Dönitz from september to november 1940.
the headquarter from march 42 to march 43 was just behind this one.
you can look at it indoing the same as before, but you fill in as follows:
number: 9
rue: marechal maunoury
localite: paris
but this will not work everytime. you have to try it until it works
