sorry to be so late replying: have been out of town and visiting friends in Dunedin for the last week or so

simon: cheers for your email. i looked into it and they want nz$80 for the book; more than i am willing to spend right now. But thanks for the link. Nothing wrong with being busy: get in touch when you have some time.
