Hello all,
Is anybody able to provide additional information related to the sinking of SS SUZON by U-35 on 01 October 1939?
20 crewmen of SUZON (including the master, R. Lejeune) were later picked up by HMS ACHERON and landed at Brest on 04 October.
I would find most useful a complete crew list of SUZON, and any newspaper articles in France or Belgium related to the sinking and crew. I have been unable to locate an archive that might have such information.
Thanks in advance, Hans.
