U-534 is fully open now at Woodside Ferry Terminal, Birkenhead, Merseyside, UK.
You are able to look into the U-boat, now in four sections with glass viewing partitions, see its interior and artefacts including its Enigma machine.

The visitor centre has a variety of interactive and audiovisual exhibits providing a unique insight into how life must have been on board during wartime.

This exhibition also includes interviews with the crew who served on U-534.

It is certainly worth a visit. There is more information on
