Hello Folks of all countries,

Sorry to get a little bit down to the matter, but my personal point of view in this very sorry happening is :

1. I was not on board and thus I don’t know the exact circumstances of this accident,
2. Being at sea for a while, I know that it is always very easy(-er) to explain who it should have been done … behind a desk,
3. To CO is probably not an idiot nor a inexperienced officer, otherwise he wouldn’t be the CO of this hi-tech sub
4. … and certainly he didn’t crashed his ship for the joke !
5. So, let’s be serious and let’s stop making wishful thinking’s based on not more than … sea water. Let’s wait until an official report is written and (maybe) published !

But you are right : who am I to make such an assessment ?
