He has written several books but the other ones are on different subjects than U-boats. I have just finished "Die Grafen Cronsberg " in original language (!) A fantastic book,just as good as his follow up after "Sharks and.." that is "Die Männer und die Seejungfrau" from 1960. That book is about the immediate time after the war. With his writing You get that rare feeling of real sadness when You are at the last page... / Carl.
