Mike, I said that! Whatever, I do know that the local SCC units in the area spend up to a week aboard the frigate alongside. There is also a lightship there too....and an old LCT....the choice would be great but the frigate sounds better!

Or maybe a week on an \'O\' boat.....oh joy!

They have power on from a gennie set and there would be AC / DC to them via shore supply. A Duty Cook would have to be appointed or a scran runner who wouldn\'t mind visiting the local chippy for \" Cod an\' chips thirty five times please... fourteen wiv mushy peas an\' all...\'

Paint brushes could be supplied by the museum....after all, they\'re getting the labour cheap...

The November visit might include one of our stateside forum members - which shows keen!

Now imagine if the museum agreed to letting us be a bit like the TA ( 4 weekends a year plus one annual camp...) and we had a school of volunteers...we\'d have 534 ready for commission in a year...

...probably sea trials in two!
