Has anyone located any of the German crew said to have stayed in Venezuela & had a talk with them? Possibly it is a long bow at this time as probably even the young ones would be very old or dead, but possibly they had children & they may know something?
All fantastically interesting I have been trying to find out about a U-boat apparently carrying mercury in the late part of the war which was sunk somewhere near Arabia yet to date other than been told about it whilst in Saudi working some years ago can find out nothing. Could be a myth though I am sure I read about it somewhere?
