From Suhrens memoirs, I get the understanding that he was held in British captivity in Norway, first Trondheim and then at Akershus castle in Oslo. Then one can read this in the Post Script: "On 12 April 1946 he was released, and as transport organiser took a freighter from Norway to England. The ship was stuffed full of women and children, and realesed soldiers with Norwegian wives. His orders on the ship were ignored; he himself had to clean the blocked toilets on board.
He stayed for a while on an estate at Bad Schwartau...."

So, if the date in this text and Fernando's date above both are correct, it may imply that he stayed about a month in England in the meantime. Strange though that this is not mentioned in the biography.
