<HTML>\"Costs\" in the former Soviet Union did not have the same meaning than in the Western World. If the Russians want to produce something good, they do, regardless the costs. The question \"butter or guns\" was purely rethorical over there.
I hope the \"Kursk\" will be duly raised.
I don\'t know why, but I feel compelled to watch \"The hunt for Red October\" once more again...Some dialogues, some tactics, some manouvres...
