Hi Jay, I would like to see your DKG as I have Karl Conen’s Award which I brought back in 2007.
I brought the Award together with original period photographs of Conen along with other providence together with a letter and CoA from the German Dealer who sold it for the Family.
The CoA has a photograph of Conen in his KM uniform along with the details of the Award and photo of the actual DKG.
The wear and marks on my DKG are 100% consistent with the DKG in the Photograph on the CoA from the German Dealer.
I would like to ask you what is the Maker of your DKG? Were you sold any provenance with your DKG.
