Thanks a lot Marcello, it really helps!
After further researches, it appears that Egyptian navy operates "Romeo Class" Submarines, bute being 76.6m long, they don't fit in the criterias...!
Digging a little bit more, they as well used to operate a Soviet M-V Class submarine, which length (according to wikipedia) was around 37.5m, that would be much closer to the info I have!
A lot of pictures of this specific type of sub are available on internet, but I can't find more technical specifications/deck plan...maybe on a russian website, but unfortunatly do not master this language, if anyone can help me!
